PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times vary from item to item, please note that this is a small business run by one person, and each order is packaged with care as quickly as possible. If you need to rush your order, please leave a message in the chat icon in the bottom right of the screen. Typical shipping process and shipping time will be 14 Business Days. Thank you for your patience as I make sure all your handmade jewelry orders are prepared and packaged perfectly! Please note that I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

 

Regarding any missing packages during/ after shipping; i.e. tracking number is saying that the package has been delivered, when it has not. Set to Shine is not responsible for missing packages. Once a package has been handed over to USPS, the handling of the package is out of my hands; we are not liable for any missing or stolen packages. A file must be claimed with USPS. I am more than happy to help with this process, but I cannot offer refunds. Thank you for understanding that as a small business, this is the policy set in place for my shop. In saying this, I have only had two packages lost with USPS, so this is a very unusual occurrence.

Set to Shine gladly accepts returns if notified within 7 days of receiving your order! If your jewelry has been broken during shipping or within 6 months of purchase, message me to fix this problem.
